Rental Policies
Everything you need to know before you arrive.
Deposit & Payment
A valid credit card is required at pickup. No deposit is charged upfront for online reservations — your card is charged when you pick up equipment. We accept all major credit cards.
Damage & Loss
Renters are responsible for damage or loss beyond normal wear. We offer an optional damage protection plan at pickup. Lost or stolen equipment is the renter's responsibility at replacement cost.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 24+ hours before your pickup time are fully refunded. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a one-day rental fee. No-shows are charged the full rental amount.
What to Bring
A valid photo ID and the credit card used for your reservation. Wear (or bring) your ski socks — thick athletic socks are best. Arrive 10–15 minutes before your intended pickup time.
Exchanges
Equipment exchanges (size, package tier) are available at no extra charge based on inventory. Come in to the shop and our staff will take care of you.
Group Rentals
Renting for a group of 6 or more? Call us ahead of time so we can prep your equipment in advance. Group pickups are much smoother with a heads-up call.
